Agustin Costa Serra

Is a lawyer, having obtained the degree of Right in the University of Valencia in 1992, being a professional student in the very illustrious School of Lawyers of Alicante.

In the field of taxation right superior he has studied at the School of the Company of Valencia, having obtained the Masters diploma in Asesoría Fiscal (Tax laws).

In that same centre he studied as a specialised accountant. He also has graduated from the School of Businesses, employee of the University of Alicante, on Taxation of Non Residents.

In the real estate field, it shows the official title of Agent of the Real Estate Property, having passed the tests made by the Ministry of Public Works and the Economy in the year 1998, being assigned to the Official school of Agents of the real estate property of Alicante.

Jens Gerl

Is an economist, of German nationality and a lawyer in economics by the Spanish University of Seville in 1996, being a professional student in the school of Economics of Alicante and in the Registry of Economists Asesores Fiscales (REAF).

In the taxation scope he has made the following studies: Course of “Gestión Censal y Tributario del Impuesto sobre Actividades Económicas” in 1998 in charge of the Provincial Diputaciñ of Alicante. He is a Post Graduate of "University Specialising in the Spanish Taxation System", through the National University of remote Education (UNED) in 1999.

He has completed a course about labour rights of “ Gestión Práctica de la Seguridad Social y Contratación ” distributed by the Chamber of Commerce of Alicante in 1999. He also has attained a Masters in "Asesoria Juridica" distributed by IDE-CESEM in the years 2000 and 2001.
